Module introduction
Stardew Valley Expanded is a Stardew Valley fan expansion module developed by ConcernedApe. This mod adds to the game:
- 28 new NPC characters
- 58 new locations
- 278 character events
- 43 new fish species
- Redesigned standard locations
- Three farm maps
- World map reworked to reflect all changes
- New music, quests, items, cultural content and festivals
- and much more!
🛠️ Installation instructions
Essential pre-modules:
- First you need to install the following necessary modules:
- SMAPI
- Content Patcher
- Farm Type Manager
Installation steps:
- Download and unzip the necessary modules to the "Mods" folder of the game directory
- Download the main module of Stardew Valley Expanded and extract it to the game directory
- Download this Ukrainian translation module and extract it to the "Mods" folder
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE
- Stardew Valley Expanded mod will not work properly without Ukrainian translation
- This translation includes adjustments to the character's gender name (he/she)
- The translation may have grammatical errors but is fully usable
- Bugs will be fixed as soon as they are discovered
📝 Translation instructions
This translation was done manually based on the English version. Since version 1.6.15 of the game does not have an official Ukrainian translation, I added an adapted translation from the Pereclaw team. The only drawback is that the dialogue added in version 1.6.15 has not yet been translated.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
