📋 System Requirements

🛠️ Installation Guide

• **Install basic modules**

Make sure SMAPI and General Module Configuration Menu (GMCM) are installed

• **Download module file**

Download the .zip archive of the module

• **Extract files**

Unzip the downloaded file and copy the "Spotify Stardew" folder inside

• **Put it into the module folder**

Paste the folder into your Stardew Valley Mods folder

• **Spotify Developer Settings**
• Visit the Spotify Developer Dashboard and log in
• Create a new application and fill in basic information
• Copy the displayed "Client ID"
• Add in redirect URI: `

• **Configure module settings**
• Launch the game via SMAPI
• Open the mod options menu in settings
• Find "Spotify Stardew" and paste the client ID
• Adjust other HUD settings and save

• **Authorize Spotify**
• The browser will automatically open the Spotify authorization page
• Log in and agree to the required permissions
• You can close the browser after authorization is completed

• **Get started! ** 🎉

"Spotify connection successful!" will be displayed in the game and the HUD will start working

🔧 Troubleshooting

• **INVALID_CLIENT error**: Check whether the client ID entered in GMCM is correct
• **INVALID_REDIRECT_URI error**: Confirm that the redirect URI was added correctly and saved
• **HUD not displayed**: Check whether "Show HUD" is enabled in GMCM
• **Control function disabled**: Make sure the "Control Playback" permission is granted when authorizing
