This is a companion piece to my Moving Plants mod, now bringing walking mushrooms from the Earthbound/Mother series to your coop! There are two types of these cute little guys:
🍄 Native walking mushroom
These mushrooms will produce vanilla gathering mushrooms:
- **Running Mushroom** - Produces red mushrooms
- **Jumping Mushrooms** - Produce purple mushrooms
- **Jogging Mushroom** - Produces regular mushrooms
- **Wandering Mushrooms** - Produces chanterelles
- **Wandering Mushrooms** - produces morels
- **Staggering Mushroom** - Produces magma cap mushrooms
- **Stumbling Zombie Mushroom** - Produces moss
🌟 Imported walking mushrooms
These mushrooms will produce mushrooms new to this mod, inspired by the Mother game:
- **Wandering Mushrooms** - Produce edible mushrooms (simple food)
- **Exercise Mushrooms** - Produce energy mushrooms (food)
- **Playful Mushrooms** - Produce naughty mushrooms (bad for you)
- **Sprinting Mushroom** - Produces steam mushrooms (stronger food)
- **Hush Mushrooms** - Produces harmful mushrooms (bad for you)

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
