Shizi character remade in Nyapu style

by whatthatstardewtho·v1·Updated 2025-10-20

I love the custom NPC Shizi! I resonated so much with her that I decided to reimagine her as myself! I kept the same Nyapu style portrait and completely redid her sprite to match!

Shiko Reimagined in the style of Nyapu

🎨 **New Shizi character in Nyapu style! **

✨ Module Features

  • Created a new Nyapu style portrait for Shizi character
  • Completely reworked character sprites to match the new style
  • Inspired by the author himself - who suffers from vitiligo and loves life
  • Maintained consistency with other Nyapu style characters in the game

🎭 Creative background

This mod was inspired by my deep love for the character Shiko! As someone with vitiligo, I wanted to see if I could reimagine myself as Shiko. I admire her character traits very much!

🙏 Special thanks

Thanks to moopdrea for creating the character SHIKO! I like her very much!

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
