Added greetings when NPCs fly over for farmers who are too lazy to stop and chat
say hello
💫 **Quickly greet NPCs without stopping! **
✨ Core Functions
**When you interact with an NPC for the first time every day, a quick "bubble greeting" will be triggered above the NPC: **
- Earn half the friendship points for a complete conversation
- You can still talk to NPCs as usual afterwards
- Perfect for those moments when you don't want to stop and chat but still want a little friendship
- The number of friendship points can be adjusted in configuration
🎭 Diverse greetings
**The greeting will vary depending on the situation:**
- Time and heart level (the higher the heart level, the more personal/unique the greeting)
- Time + whether to date NPC
- Time + whether to marry NPC
- Marry NPC + festival day
- There is a small chance that a conversation about the weather will appear
📝 Notes
- The greeting will only be triggered after you officially meet the NPC
- Greetings are designed to be short and concise, using chat bubble style
- Only base game NPCs are included by default, but greetings can be created for new NPCs by adding to default.json
- Supports mouse and controller operation!
🛠️ Request
- Stardew Valley 1.6+
- SMAPI

🎮 **Make daily greetings easier and more fun! **
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
