About this mod Machine translation

Add wind blowing effects to Stardew Valley based on the weather. Added wind effects for days that are supposed to be windy, as well as random normal days.

Real wind effect conditions

🌬️ **Make the wind in Stardew Valley more real and natural! **

I made this mod based on Wind Effects and its unofficial 1.6 update. I love making Stardew Valley more alive, but unfortunately, previous versions just randomly triggered wind effects. This mod changes that completely!

🌤️ Weather related wind effects

Depending on the weather conditions of the day, there may be wind blowing effects:

  • **🌪️ Windy weather**: Of course it will be windy! In addition, the wind in spring is a gentle breeze, while the wind in autumn is more refreshing
  • **⛈️ Stormy Weather**: It’s a storm! How could there be no wind? The wind in a storm is strong
  • **❄️ Snow Weather**: It’s all up to you. The default setting is "no wind"; if set to "windy", there will definitely be wind. Adjustments can be made through GMCM or directly editing the config.json file
  • **🌧️Rainy Weather**: Well, it depends. 50/50 probability
  • **☀️ Other weather** (sunny, festival, wedding, green rain or other weather modules): 20% chance, good luck to you

🎮 Usage suggestions

This mod makes the Stardew Valley environment more dynamic and realistic! You will notice:

  • Winds in different seasons have different strengths
  • Natural transition of winds when weather changes
  • Adds more immersion to farm life

🌟 **Let’s enjoy the farmer life in Stardew Valley together! **

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
