One that features a color we all love so much: purple! user interface module

OURple UI

🎨 **A vibrant purple theme UI module**

✨ Module Features

This UI mod was originally planned to be released later, but I decided to finish it early and it was a lot of fun making it! If you like purple tones and rich colors, this mod is definitely for you.

My original intention for making this mod was to get away from the dark tones and long for some more vibrant colors. Since purple is my favorite color... let's get started!

🔧 Installation instructions

  • Install the latest version of SMAPI and Content Patcher
  • Extract the mod folder to the Stardew Valley/Mods directory
  • Run the game using SMAPI

🎯 Instructions for use

This mod requires the theme manager mod! Please select an OURple theme when using it to ensure correct application. There are still some details that need to be improved, so there will be updated versions in the future!

🔄 Compatibility

In terms of compatibility...well, it's not compatible with other UI mods haha. But it is naturally compatible with the following modules:

  • Better Crafting
  • Bigger Backpack
  • Event Lookup
  • Font Settings
  • GMCM
  • Happy Home Designer
  • Love of Cooking
  • Swim
  • Unlockable Bundles
  • Vanilla Plus Professions

📁 Additional files

I've also included an "Extras" folder that contains some mod assets that I can't locate directly. You need to manually drag and drop these files into the corresponding mod folder to replace the resources.

💡 Tips

I intentionally left the panorama and foliage at the beginning of the game unmodified, as they are also used in the mountaintop scene in the game.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
