I've always liked Nyapu's portrait style and the Marry Morris mod, so made these portraits for myself the next time I play. The effect is pretty good, so I wanted to share it with everyone! These portraits were created by editing the assets of the Nyapu Portrait Mod and some online pixel art tutorials.
As a newbie to pixel art, suggestions are welcome! 🙏

⚠️ Current Limitations
🎯 **LIMITED EMOTIONS:** Since I'm new to pixel art, only the expressions from the Nyapu portrait I edited have been included - no glasses-askew expression, just a weird angry portrait.
❄️ **WINTER VARIANT MISSING:** Morris' winter variation portrait is not currently included. I may add this in the future if my pixel art skills improve, but for now he only gets a little cold in the winter!

- Drag the required folders into your mod folder

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
