New NPC - Lumen from Arknights
✨ **Welcome to your new friends in Stardew Valley! ** ✨
🌟 Module Features
A new character came from afar for a strange reason—Jordi Fontanarosa, codenamed "Lumen." What kind of insights will he gain in Stardew Valley, being gentle and humble yet tough? What will we experience together?
**Rich content includes:**
- 🎭 Lumen joins the game as a non-marriageable character (temporarily)
- 💬 300+ daily dialogue lines
- ❤️ 9 favorability events
- 👕 6 sets of seasonal outfits (winter image configurable)
- 🎁 1 new item
- 🏠 Lumen’s own room
- 🤝 After becoming friends with Lumen, he will provide you with a small convenience...?
❓ FAQ
I don’t know Lumen! Can I still play this mod?
The text in the module is written in a way that even those who have not played Arknights can understand (at least I tried my best). You can also select the "Are you an Arknights player" option in the configuration.
Can it be installed and uninstalled midway?
Can!
Do you need pre-modules?
Required: **Content Patcher** and **BETAS**. It is highly recommended to install **GMCG**.
How is the compatibility?
I have used the 700 modules I installed to guarantee that this module has good compatibility and can be used with large expansion modules such as Stardew Valley expansion, Ridgeside Village, and East Scarp. (If you have RSV or ES at the same time, there will be a small amount of linkage in the conversation.)
Since I cannot confirm the settings of other custom NPC modules one by one, although I try to avoid them, problems such as "festive station overlap" may still occur. If this happens, please let me know.
In addition, since this module tries to only use existing materials in the game, it can be automatically adapted to the installed beautification module.
What languages are supported?
- Simplified Chinese (native)
- English (translated by ChatGPT and me)
- Spanish (translated by devy003)
- Turkish (translated by shiizika)
All text within the module supports i18n, feel free to translate it!
📥 Installation Guide
- Download the compressed package
- Unzip it in the Mods folder
- Done!
🎮 In-game help
Can't find Lumen in the game/How to trigger events/What does Lumen like?
The module folder contains documents with Lumen's itinerary, event triggers, and gift tastes. Welcome to view!
💕 About "Unmarriageable"
**Version 2.0 will be updated to be marriageable! **
🔮 Future update plan
I'm not sure if I have the time and energy to update it. If there is an update, it will be as follows:
- Turn Lumen into a marriageable character (comes with spouse room, new clothes, etc.)
- [Completed] A personal room that truly belongs to Lumen
- Linkage with more modules, such as Happy Birthday, Sarkaz series mods...
- new items
- Added a new event to welcome (?) Lumen to Stardew Valley instead of just a self-introduction letter now
- Japanese version (if there is no translation)
🐛 Question feedback
Please leave comments and reports in POSTS and BUGS?
If yellow or red letters appear in SMAPI, please use to get the complete log and attach it.
If it's a problem with the screen, you can use Imgur, but I don't guarantee that my VPN will allow me to open it successfully, so Chinese friends please contact me through Bilibili or Xiaohongshu (see personal homepage), and international friends can contact me through Discord (username: Vickylchq_) and send me a private message on Facebook to remind me (because I don't use Discord much).

Thanks to everyone who supports this mod! I hope Lumen can bring warmth and companionship to your life in Stardew Valley 💫
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
