NeonZuzuCity - Expansion Mod

🌆 Module introduction

This is a standalone expansion that you can think of as a fun parallel version of Zuzu City in Stardew Valley! The module adds multiple new maps and NPCs, including special locations such as the Pink Cake Shop.

🎨Art style

I tried hard to keep the pixel art style close to the original, while injecting a cyberpunk vibe into the entire city. Neon lights, futuristic architecture and the warm feel of Stardew Valley blend perfectly to create a unique gaming experience.

🗺️ Explore content

  • **NEW MAP**: Explore the cyberpunk-style Zuzu City
  • **New NPC**: get to know new residents of the city
  • **FEATURED LOCATIONS**: Visit unique places like Pink Cake Shop

🚂 How to get there

Zuzu City is accessible via Central Station! This mod does not modify the vanilla town map or events, so it is compatible with most other mods.

⚠️ Tips for use

**Important reminder: Remember to get some sleep first - NPCs won't start moving until the next day! **

🔮 Future Plans

Future updates will add:

  • New dialogue content
  • Rich event system
  • More items and interactions
  • Continuous optimization and improvement

💫 Current status

This is a temporary test version, and some NPCs may not be able to accept gifts temporarily. Welcome to experience the scenery of Night City! If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let me know.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
