Custom Mr. Qi portrait made for AngelOfStars' 'Friendable Mr. Qi' module
Mr. Qi’s portrait and sprite beautification
🎨 **Visual upgrade package tailored for the 'Dateable Mr. Qi' module! **
✨ Module Features
- Carefully adjusted portrait of Mr. Qi, showing a new image
- Contains a variety of sprite versions to meet different aesthetic needs
- Perfectly compatible with the original Mr. Qi and the friend-friendly version
🎭 Portrait details
These portraits are not entirely original, but are creative adaptations of existing material:
- Redesigned clothing color scheme
- Added shy expression with slightly tilted hat
- Optimized the overall visual effect
🛠️ Installation Guide
Basic installation
Simply drop the file into your portrait mod folder and it's ready to go!
Advanced configuration (friend-friendly version)
- Open the `[CP] friendly Mr Qi` module folder
- Enter the `assets/images` directory
- Copy and paste this module file and overwrite the original file
💡 **Tip**: If you want to switch between different versions at any time, just rename the sprite and portrait files!
🎯 Usage suggestions
I recommend changing the file name to "Nyapu" so that you can easily switch between different versions through the configuration file. I chose an alternative version of the sprite map, which has better visual effects!

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
