MisoMegu’s fox Chinese translation
🎮 **Mod Introduction**
This is a Chinese patch for the original MisoMegu's Foxes module! Let Chinese players also easily enjoy the fun brought by the cute fox friends~
🦊 Module Features
- The original module adds **94 kinds** of foxes with the characteristics of Forui Control
- These foxes have the special ability to find truffles
- There is also a mysterious creature that is considered a fox (it is an Easter egg). Let’s see if you can draw it.
📝 Chinese description
Since the original module did not add translation keys in the game files, this Chinese patch adds translation keys. You need to copy both the Content and i18n folders into the original module folder for the Chinese version to take effect.
✨ User experience
Although the content of the module is somewhat similar to Truffle Fox, I personally think this one is better looking and has more types! Who can resist a cute fox?
🔄 Update log
- **10-26**: Wow, the author is really attentive and even made a cover picture for me. I’m so touched.
- **10-29**: Since the author made a new version with a translation key, the Chinese version has been updated
---
🌟 **Warm reminder**: Remember to correctly place the Chinese files into the original module folder to enjoy a complete Chinese experience!
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
