🛠️ Installation Guide
- **Install SMAPI**
- Download and install the latest version of SMAPI
- Open the downloaded folder and click the "install" file corresponding to your operating system
- Follow the prompts to complete the installation process
- **Install portrait module**
- Unzip the ZIP file of this module
- Copy the folder named "Marry Morris portraits by RukaBravo"
- Paste this folder into your Mods folder
- The path is usually: `SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods`
- **Start the game**
- Run the game using SMAPI (blowfish/chicken icon)
- Enjoy your new portraits! 🎮
💡 **Tips**: I have included the Portraiture module in my file, no need to download the Portraiture module additionally! This is to make it easier for players who are not familiar with module installation. Thanks to Plotonymous for creating the PORTRAITURE mod!
If you are an old Portraiture user, you can also open my file and copy the RukaBravo folder directly to your own Portraiture module file.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
