Location Tuner

🎮 **Adjust every corner of Stardew Valley to your liking! **

This mod was originally created to provide an environment settings GUI for the farming extension in another mod of mine, Stardew Realty. After testing, it was found that this GUI can adjust the settings of any outdoor gaming location! Each location can set independent parameter values.

🔬 Advanced settings to use

Location context settings are used by games and mods for various purposes, so changing their settings in a special area (such as SVE or RSV) may have unexpected results. I haven't done in-depth impact testing yet, please use with caution.

If you use my mod Stardew Realty, you can use various contexts to make a location always sunny, always rainy, always snowy, etc. There will be no ill effects from using these contexts on the SDR farm extension.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
