**IMPORTANT NOTE:** Marnie's shop does not sell Chocobos!
To get the Chocobo, you'll need the help of the moogle **Buckwheat**. He'll send you a letter early in the game explaining what to do, but if something goes wrong or you don't receive the letter, here are backup instructions:
- In Robin's building menu/shop, you can ask her to build a place for Buckwheat to set up shop on your farm
- After the space is built, talk to Buckwheat and he will sell you Chocobo Eggs
- **Note:** Only two small breeds can be hatched in chicken coops

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
