HTTJapan – Grandpa’s shed
✨ **Welcome** ✨
Star Dew Valley
**Hoshi no Tsuyu no Tani (HTT)**
*Star Dew Valley*
---
🏮Module introduction
This is the first mod in the HTT series, designed to transform the **appearance** of Grandpa's shack in **Stardew Valley Expansion (SVE)** into a new Japanese-themed style. Include:
- Two versions: **Broken Shed** and **Repaired Shed**
- Both versions have **seasonal** changes
- Repaired sheds are subject to **bad weather** changes (broken sheds do not change with the weather because they are damaged)
---
🌸 Creative inspiration
The author loves updating seasonal Japanese building mods and uses them as a source of inspiration.
Most of the HTT series modules are designed based on real locations in Japan. Grandpa’s shack was inspired by a small fishing village called Miura, where the author lived for a month and took many photos of the town. The design is based on one of the **Kura** (Japanese warehouses) found locally, and the building is actually a cool wine bar and cafe called Couronne.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
