✨ Module Introduction

The goal of this mod is to change player-directed dialogue to be gender-neutral and remove certain gender-related content from the game. Allowing you to play the game in a gender-neutral way! Specifically designed for players who wish to play as a gender neutral/non-binary character.

📥 Installation Guide

The new installation method is very simple, just follow these steps:

• **Install the latest version of SMAPI**
• **Install the latest version of Content Patcher**
• **Install the latest version of GNMTokens** (if using version 4.0.0+)
• **Install the latest version of Generic Mod Config Menu** (optional but recommended)
• **Download this mod and extract it to the `Stardew Valley/Mods` folder**
• **Run the game using SMAPI**

⚙️ General configuration

💡 **Configuration changes need to be saved and restarted to take effect! **

The easiest way to configure this mod is to use the Generic Mod Config Menu. This allows you to toggle mod content from the game title screen! The Generic Mod Config Menu also displays detailed information for each setting.

If you are not using the Generic Mod Config Menu, you can still configure the mod manually by editing the "config.json" file within the mod folder.

🎯 **Users setting different pronouns for other players:** Install the mod normally, then select your pronouns/nouns in the GNMTokens config, **and** change the OtherPlayer pronouns to the desired pronouns in the base GNM config, **and** make sure FixOtherPlayers is checked in the base GNM config.

The easiest way to configure custom pronouns/nouns is again using the Generic Mod Config Menu. This allows you to configure your pronouns/nouns in the game title screen! The Generic Mod Config Menu also displays detailed information for each setting.

🌈 **Multiple Pronoun Settings:** When adding custom pronouns/nouns, you can use multiple sets of pronouns separated by commas. (Example: "He, She, They" will randomly select one of these three pronouns each time it appears)

If you are not using the Generic Mod Config Menu, you can still configure pronouns/nouns manually by editing the "config.json" file within the mod folder.

• **Dialog Neutrality**: Change all characters' dialogue so they use gender-neutral terms to address you
• **Character Creation Optimization**: Removed gender symbols in the character creation menu, allowing you to just choose body type between 1 or 2
• **Hot Springs Freedom**: Allows you to enter any door of the hot springs
• **Opening Dialogue Modification**: Change Grandpa’s dialogue in the opening!
• **Marriage Dialogue Adjustments**: Changes to marriage dialogue!
• **Pronoun Customization**: Choose your pronouns and nouns via configuration settings!
• **Emily Makeover**: Change all of Emily's makeover outfits to be gender neutral! ✨ **~New Features! ~**
