⚙️ How to use
Using the universal mod configuration menu, you can toggle each item's settings individually, keeping them the same or modifying them.
🎯 Effect example
- After changing **Hops** from Vegetable to Unclassified, you can still make Pale Ale, but you cannot make Pickled Hops
- After changing **Sweet Gemberry** from unclassified to fruit, you can make Sweet Gemberry Jam, Sweet Gemberry Wine and Dried Sweet Gemberry
- After changing **Purple Mushrooms** from foraged items to vegetables, you can still make dried purple mushrooms, but now you can also make purple mushroom juice.
- After changing **Red Mushrooms** from collected items to vegetables and set to drying, you can make red mushroom juice, pickled red mushrooms and dried red mushrooms
---
📝 Notes
- Artisan artifacts already in the game will remain unchanged after changing settings
- Beehives will not produce honey from items reclassified as flowers when using this mod only
- Known issue: If Sweet Gem Berry and Golden Pumpkin are switched to fruits/vegetables but are inedible, their Artisan artifacts may restore 100% health instead of a fixed amount

🔗 Recommended supporting modules
- Better icons for craftsman products
- Wrong craftsman product icon fixed
- CJB item generator
More classification suggestions are welcome! 🌟
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
