A fun farm redesigned based on the pasture map. Offers a slightly larger area than the original and multiple silo locations.

funfarm

🌾 **A fun farm designed for farmers who like more space! **

✨ Main features

  • **LARGER FARM SPACE** - More usable land than the original ranch map
  • **Cleverly hidden pond** - beautiful and practical (the author said that he could not write watering tray code, so he used a pond instead)
  • **Multiple Silo Locations** - Provides more flexibility in your farm planning
  • **Cultivable Grassland** - All grassland can be cultivated and cultivated
  • **Featured Planting Area** - An area below designed for players who like trellises and beanstalks

🎯 Instructions for use

⚠️ **IMPORTANT NOTE:** This mod only replaces the ranch farm map and will not affect other farm types. If you want to replace other farm types, you can edit the config.json file yourself and change Farm_Ranching to other farm types, but the author cannot guarantee that the module will work properly (especially the beach farm seems to have a completely different layer structure).

🖼️ Visual effects

  • The map zoom level may not match the map size (the author uses other mods to deal with this issue)
  • Display images are cropped
  • The last two pictures show the author's current progress with this mod (year 3, still in progress)

💡 Inspiration

The author shared his own farm layout, hoping to provide some inspiration for your farm design! Although it is still in the development stage, it has already shown the potential of this fun farm.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
