Fresher Food
🍽️ **Fresh Food** offers fully redrawn sprites for every food and non-alcoholic beverage in the game, complete with fully customizable cutlery sets designed to create a more consistent aesthetic experience.
✨ Module Features
🎨 **Diverse Selection**: Multiple alternative versions of sprites can be obtained through configuration files, all versions are displayed in the gallery after the default version
🍪 **Smart Replacement**: When there is a deviation from the original processing method of the game (such as changing "biscuits" to a single cookie instead of 3), a replacement sprite closer to the original will be provided
⚙️ **Fully Customizable**: Each food item can be changed individually in the configuration, or use the Generic Mod Config Menu for a more convenient setup
🎯 Instructions for use
- If you prefer the vanilla sprite for an item, or want to use an alternative mod, just set it to "Off" in the config
- Setting the sprite to "off" means it will not be replaced, including cutlery
- The only exception is "Cookies", you can choose to set it to "Original", which will superimpose the original sprite on the cookie plate color you set
🔧 Compatibility
**Required Mods:**
- SMAPI
- Content Patcher
**Recommended combination:**
- Better Crops and Foraging by cometkins
- Artisan Goods
⚠️ **Note**: By default, the coffee and green tea of the fresh food module will overwrite the corresponding content in Better Artisan Goods. If you want to keep the specific sprites of Better Artisan Goods, you need to disable them in the configuration

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
