At first glance, this mod just adds a simple gameplay mechanic that fits perfectly into the original game. But dig deeper and you'll find a full complement of NPCs and locations, promising a ton of new content. The mod's events and text are styled in a magical realism style that strives to convey the unique atmosphere of the original game.

This boat is equipped with the best equipment and professional staff! FIASA is the NASA analogue in the Stardew Valley world, inspired by NASA's deep-sea research. FIASA engages in similar work involving coral reef research, climate change and ecosystem protection.

⚓ Ship Characteristics

• **Seasonal presence**: Research ships frequently go to sea to conduct climate studies and therefore only call ports in summer and winter
• **Special Schedule**: No work on Wednesdays and Saturdays, no work on rainy days and holidays (including night markets)
• **Ship Shop**: There is a random merchandise store inside, similar to the traveling merchant in the forest
• **Uniform Price**: All product prices are **5 corals**
• **Community Support**: Help the research team while getting needed items for the Community Center

💖 Version selection

Romantic version

• Koda is a marriageable candidate
• Extra cutscenes including 10-heart and 14-heart events
• These scenes are fun but not necessary for character development
• NOTE: Koda is not in town that often (plus friendship decay)

Plato version

• Koda's story reduced to 10 hearts
• Dialogue rewritten as friendship relationship
• In any build, Koda is good for the long game

📅Friendship Mechanism

Koda (and other later NPCs) are unavailable in spring and fall. This means your friendships will gradually dwindle during these seasons. In the original game it was -2 points per day, which means a loss of -56 points per season. This is not serious since a favorite gift is +80 points, but be aware that they may lose a heart when they return.
