All images in this mod are based on Nyapu's paintings as a reference, ensuring compatibility with their iconographic style. It is highly recommended to also download Nyapu's portrait mod for in-game artistic consistency.
⚙️ Function configuration
Basic settings
- Select farmer gender (male or female)
- Customize skin tone
- Whether to enable elf ears
- Choose face type and eye color
Male-only options
- Beard type selection
- Whether to show hand reactions in portraits
Color customization
- Hair color (front and back hair color and beard color)
- Clothing color
Season and event customization
- Front and back hairstyles change according to seasons and events
- Clothing style and color customization
Accessories system
- Facial accessories (appear on top of clothing and details)
- Hat accessories (can be used together with facial accessories)
🎮 Instructions for use
This mod allows you to configure the farmer portrait during gameplay without having to close the game or modify configuration files. Contains configuration options for seasons, events, sleepwear, location, and weather.
**IMPORTANT**: Make sure "UseCustomPortrait" and "PortraitReactions" are set to true in the FarmerPortraits for 1.6 folder (path: \Mods\FarmerPortraits\config.json), otherwise the mod will not work properly.

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
