Farm Type Template
🎯 **Developer-specific template** - This is a tool for mod developers, not mods used by ordinary players
✨ Template function
This template is specifically designed for creating **new non-replacement farm types**! You can quickly develop your own custom farm module based on this template
🛠️ User Guide
📝 **Edit template content**:
- In the `content.json` and `manifest.json` files, replace all occurrences of "YourName" and "YourFarm" with your name and the name of the farm you are making
- Modify code, pictures and other content as needed
🏠 **EDIT FARMHOUSE INTERIOR**:
- Requires editing `map.tmx` (or the map file you named) in Tiled
- Added new properties to define farmhouse interior layout
- Refer to the Stardew Valley Wiki's Farmhouse Internal Editing Guide for detailed instructions
🗺️ **Map editing tips**:
- The template uses the spring tileset, and possibly other tilesets
- Recommended spring tile set and other tile sets you need
- Seasonal updates will be automatically made by the system, as long as other seasonal tile sets already in the resource are not deleted
⚠️ **Note**:
- When using this farm in game, the farmhouse display on the world map may be inaccurate
- This is because the image in the resource is a map image of Meadowlands Farm and is used as a placeholder only

💡 **Tip**: Most mods based on this template may require Farm Type Manager. This base template itself is not required, but mods that add custom monsters, collectibles, etc. will most likely require it.
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
