Always Raining in the Valley - Custom NPCs for Sunberry
💫 *Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass...it is about learning to dance in the rain*
🌟Module Introduction
Have you ever felt confused? Wandering? It’s totally okay to not know what’s waiting for you in the next phase of your life. After all, we often get lost in our own thoughts and forget to connect with those around us. The ARV mod is all about growing up by being with the people around you, learning to live with yourself when you can't love yourself, and of course plenty of puns!
👨👩👧👦 Meet the Cooper family
**💼 Sterling** - 27 years old, just moved back to the valley after a series of setbacks in Zuzu City. He temporarily returns home to live with his cousin Henry, hoping to open a new chapter in his life and start over. But putting down the bottle is more challenging than ever...
**🌾 Henry** - Sterling's younger cousin who runs the farm in Grampton. Although living away from home with Mia and, more recently, Sterling, he still gets up early every day to run the family farm. He's a bit of a workaholic, so it's not easy to find him at home!
**🌿 Mia** - A 26-year-old agriculturist from Galles City who works in Grampton. She is good at gardening and making exquisite food. She is recognized as the "single-brain cell" of the Cooper family. This clear-headed young woman is grappling with the complexities of her gender identity.
🎭 Rich content
- **Complete storyline for 3 main characters** - Current version contains Sterling's story
- **20+ Heart Events** - covering 0-14 heart levels
- **16 repeatable mini dates**
- **60+ Outfits** - Seasonally changed
- **Message System** - 100+ location messages
- **More surprises**
🍳 Special Recipes
Enjoy the food fun at Cooper’s! Mia's *cute* cooking, Sterling's drinks, and Henry's family secret recipe! Please note that some of the recipes were sent in by Mia and Henry and will not be fully available until their marriageable version is released.

🎮 Usage suggestions
Currently, only Sterling can be married, while Mia and Henry are non-social NPCs. It is recommended to develop the relationship in the order of Sterling → Shane, or use the dynamic Shane module to freely develop friendship!

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
