Make your Stardew Valley farm life more colorful! This mod adds 24 cute dog breeds to the game, making your pet dog more soft and realistic! ✨

⚠️ Notes

• Due to a current issue with the alternative texture mod, the dog emojis (heart and sleeping) may be displayed twice
• Larger dog breeds will appear a bit taller in the pet friendship menu, but this does not affect the game experience
• Plans to add more dog breeds in future updates

📥 Installation Guide

Alternate texture version

• Download and install the latest version of SMAPI and alternative texture mods
• Download and unzip the "Em's Dogs AT" folder
• Move the folder to the `Stardew Valley/Mods/` directory
• Buy paint tools at a carpenter store
• Use the scissors to left-click on the dog to select the breed

Content patcher version

• Download and install the latest version of SMAPI and content patcher
• Download and unzip the "Em's Dogs CP" folder
• Move the folder to the `Stardew Valley/Mods/` directory

⚙️ Configuration instructions

For the content patcher version, you can customize the dog breed by editing the config.json file:

• Open the config.json file in the dog module folder
• Replace the "type" field with your preferred breed name
• Save the file and restart the game to take effect
