Stardew Valley Expanded Forage Crops and Bushes
🌿 **Welcome to the Stardew Valley Expansion Gatherable Crops Mod! ** This mod is specially designed for the Stardew Valley expansion, allowing you to grow various items on your farm that would otherwise need to be collected in the wild.

🌱 Brand new cropping system
✨ **11 Standard Crops**: Most crops have unlock conditions that prevent certain items from being obtained prematurely. See the guide article for details.
🌳 **1 Giant Crop**: Special giant crop, bringing the joy of harvest!
💧 **1 aquatic crop**: Plant directly in a water source or water basin. Requires machine terrain framework support.
🌿 **5 Shrubs**: Shrubs and mushroom stumps that work like tea bushes, survive year round, require no watering, and only produce in the right weather, conditions or season. Requires custom shrub support.
📖 **Full Guide**: Check out the article guide for details on how to unlock, where to buy, and more

🎨 Alternative crop texture
Alternative textures are included in the mod folder, providing different colors for flower crops and modular raised bed crops. This requires alternative texture support. If you don't want this functionality, simply delete the `[AT]SVE Forage Crops` folder from your home folder.

⚙️ SVE crop and item adjustments
These small tweaks don't change much, and all can be enabled and disabled via configuration. It is highly recommended to use the universal module configuration menu to simplify operation.
- **Change Rafflesia Category**: Put it into the **Flowers** category, allowing honey to be flavored (disabled by default)
- **Allow monster and green mushrooms to be dehydrated**: Can be put into a dehydrator to make dried mushrooms (disabled by default)
---
🔗 Compatibility with SVE crop adjustments
This mod only adds crops, seeds, and saplings to grow gatherable items, so compatibility is excellent. Additionally, compatibility options are added not only for the items introduced by this mod, but also for crops from the Stardew Valley expansion.
**Compatibility currently included:**
**Cornucopia - More Flowers:**
- Change the display name of Rafflesia cuttings to Ferngill Rafflesia cuttings
- Adjusted Rafflesia crop texture to match Cornucopia's compatible patch
**Cornucopia - More Crops:**
- Adjusted the display names of SVE butternut squash, cucumbers, pears, nectarines, persimmons, sweet potatoes and other crops
**Cornucopia - Artisan Machine:**
- SVE cucumbers and sweet potatoes can be crafted into the same artisan products as their Cornucopia counterparts
---
⚙️ Highly configurable
I've made this mod as configurable as possible so you can adjust it to your own preferences and playstyle. It is highly recommended to use the universal mod configuration menu to simplify all configuration changes.
**Configuration options include:**
- All crops and shrubs can be disabled
- Edible green mushroom and monster mushroom options
- Mushroom category changes
- Rafflesia category changes

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
