Use Content Patcher to replace the dwarf portrait and add about 8 expressions (+ neutral expressions). Based on LavenderSkelly's excellent dwarf portrait replacement mod, compatible with Lemurkat's The Last Smoluanu, but with more exaggerated expressions and some dialogue may show strange facial expressions.

🎨 Expression system
This mod adds more vivid and exaggerated facial expressions to dwarf characters! However, it should be noted that:
- These emoticons do not appear naturally in the original game
- Need to be used with a module containing emoticon dialogue
- Some dialogues may show strange expressions (this is intentional exaggeration!)

Very simple! Just put the mod into your mod folder to take effect.
📖 Creative background
This is the first mod I've ever made! Currently working on a big Krobus and Dwarf expansion because I think they look so cute together. In order to allow dwarves to express more emotions, this emoticon module was born!

🔮 Future Plans

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
