Origin of the module
When EveriasArt first released the original, less spooky Marnie pop-up in 2017, they described it this way:
Does Marnie’s never-ending smile creep you out? This mod removes her clown-like smile and makes her look like a normal character, rather than someone who murdered her siblings when she was 10 years old because of a bloodlust boiling inside her, and then disguised herself to try to blend in with the townspeople of Stardew Valley.
To be honest, I think this description couldn’t be more appropriate!

This version has been updated specifically for the Content Patcher framework, providing better compatibility and a more convenient installation experience.
Special instructions
🙏 **Thanks to the original author**
I have tried contacting EveriasArt for permission to upload this version of the Content Patcher, but have received no response and their last active activity is four years ago. So I decided to continue working on this update. If the original author requests to take it down, I will do it immediately. My sincere thanks to EveriasArt for editing the original drawing!

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
