Planting Hall 🌱
✨ Latest updates
Visual improvements
Now you can choose from a variety of different exterior textures for your plantation hall building! Although the building shape is the same, it is recolored/modified to fit popular aesthetic mods.
I also added interior tile sets that match Starblue Valley and DaisyNiko's Earthy Recolour.
Mechanical Changes/Configuration Options
You can now set one of two unlock conditions for custom buildings: completing the Community Center (or Joja) or completing the Storage Room (which unlocks the regular greenhouse). Once the selected conditions are met, Robin will send you a letter notifying you that new farm buildings are available for construction.
You can also remove pools from inside the building. If you choose this option, there will still be water sources on the sides of the four corner rooms.
Finally, I added the 'Capitalist' price configuration option. See the 'Configuration' section below for details.

🏗️ Function Overview
This content pack utilizes Pathoschild's Content Patcher to add the Planting Hall as a new farm building to the game.
The Grow Hall can be built by Robin independently of the original greenhouse. It offers multiple grow rooms with crop plots designed to accommodate Iridium sprinklers, as shown in the example image on this mod page.
By default, the building cost and materials are quite expensive as this building is quite powerful early in the game, but you can change this by following the instructions in the 'Configuration' section below.
Functionally, the planting hall acts as a second, larger greenhouse. Pools of water between crop plots can be used to refill your watering can. Fruit trees can be planted almost anywhere, but I also added designated spots for them in the middle layout.

🔄 Replace the original greenhouse interior
If you would like to replace the original greenhouse interior with a grow hall map, you can now do this by enabling 'ReplaceGreenhouseInterior' in the general mod configuration menu option. To avoid complications, it is best to do this when the greenhouse is completely empty.
You can still build a grow hall, even if it is set inside a greenhouse, as long as 'CustomBuilding' is enabled.

⚙️ Configuration options
Using spacechase0's general module configuration menu, you have the following configuration options:
Winter texture
Disabled by default. You can toggle this option if you want your building to have a snow roof during the winter. The winter textures match the textures in my 'Farm Building Remake' mod.

Wall Decoration
By default, the walls within the plantation hall are decorated to give a more detailed and cozy look. If you prefer clean, unadorned walls, you can choose to disable this option.
Custom buildings
Enabled by default. If you only want to use the Planting Hall as the interior of a primitive greenhouse, you can remove the custom building from the game by disabling this option.
Replace greenhouse interior
As mentioned above, replace the greenhouse interior with a planting hall. Disabled by default.

Enabled by default. You can remove large pools in your planting hall to gain more space for your equipment. There will be a water source on the side of each corner r …
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
