🛠️ Installation Guide
- First, make sure you have the latest version of SMAPI and the Universal Mod Configuration Menu installed.
- Download the main file for this mod from the "File" tab
- Unzip the downloaded folder
- Place the `ConfigurableOreDrops` folder into your `Stardew Valley/Mods` directory
- Launch the game via the SMAPI launcher and you are all set!
⚙️ Configuration method
No need to manually edit any files! To change mod settings:
- Start the game
- On the title screen, click the **gear icon** (Settings), and then find the **"Mod Options"** button
- Alternatively, if you are already in the game, press the `ESC` key to open the menu, go to the "Options" tab, and scroll down to the "Mod Options" button
- In the mod options menu, find "Configurable Ore Drops" in the list and click on it
- You will now see a list of all available settings, adjust the values for each ore type as needed

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
