🎭 Rebrake the engine
As a **Pierre hater** and **Caroline lover**, as well as an experienced modder, I decided to **completely rewrite the entire script** in the hope of:
- Fix inaccurate content
- Cleaned up some confusing dialogue
- Add more *sauce* to certain areas

⚡ Installation Guide
- **First you need to install Hitme’s original module**, you can find it here: Original module link
- Make sure to read their mod page for more details
- After installing the version of Hitme, place it in your 'Mods' folder
- **Just unzip my version and overlay it on top of the original**
- The two files 'manifest.json' and 'default.json' should be overwritten

🎮 Game experience
This remastered version will bring you a smoother and more natural romantic plot experience, making Caroline's story line more engaging and the dialogue more in line with the character setting, while retaining the rich storyline and immersion of the original module.
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
