Toothless (cat) skin mod

🐱 Module introduction

This fun mod lets you replace the default ginger cat in Stardew Valley with the adorable Toothless! Toothless is a classic character from "How to Train Your Dragon," and now you can make this adorable Night Fury dragon your farm buddy.

⚙️ How to use

  • Customize settings by modifying the 'Content.json' file
  • You can choose to replace any cat in the game with Toothless
  • Simple and easy to use, no complicated operations required

🎨 Creative background

The original artwork for this mod was created by QuiZr and was originally in xnb format. After the efforts of ARmod, it has been successfully converted to Content Patcher format so that more players can use it easily. Although the production process was challenging (the author even did it on his mobile phone!), the result is an interesting mod for everyone.

✨ Game experience

Imagine that on the farm in Stardew Valley, you are no longer accompanied by an ordinary ginger cat, but the adorable Toothless! It will follow you as you wander around the farm, adding more fun and surprises to your farming life.

Enjoy life in Stardew Valley with Toothless! 🐉

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)

  1. Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
  2. Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
  3. Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
  4. Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.

Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
