Baubles
✨ **An item expansion module that focuses on the crafting system**, adding unlimited creativity to your life in Stardew Valley!
---
🌟 Module Features
Baubles is a crafting-focused expansion that adds a host of toys, ceramics, and other trinkets that can be used to decorate a space, earn profit, or give away to others. After receiving letters from distant relatives, you'll be able to spin thread, dye cloth and wool with flowers, find and carve rare porcelain, and even harness elven magic to create up to **81** unique items!
🌸 New content
**Sea Island Cotton**
- Crops grown in summer and autumn
- Available at Pierre's Shop
- Can be spun into spools on a loom, or used directly in crafting
**Pelican Bells and Bat Flowers**
- **Pelican Bell**: A collection item that appears in spring
- **Bat Flower**: Appears in autumn, or grows year-round on Ginger Island (their native continent)
- Flowers can be used for both crafting and dyeing
- Natural abundance means no one sells their seeds - you have to find or produce them yourself
**Cattail**
- May appear around forests and mountain ponds in spring and summer if Item Extensions are installed
- Requires harvesting with sickle
- The main use is to produce animal-free wool processed through weaving machines, but it can also be eaten!
- Seeds can be purchased at Marnie's Ranch
**Stardew Jelly**
- Strange substances that appear in the morning after rainy days
- Can be fired in a charcoal kiln to make **Crystalline Stardew Jelly**
**Porcelain Stone**
- Rare materials that can be purchased from traveling wagons, desert merchants and island merchants
- Can also be mined from Skull Cave if Item Extensions are installed
- Firing in a furnace produces expensive and sought-after **porcelain** - a crystal duplicator is recommended
🎨 Production system
**Studio Workbench**
- Your personal studio
- All new trinkets **can only** be crafted here, not in the regular crafting menu
- Crafting recipes start with simple materials (like buttons) and combine with other increasingly expensive ingredients to create increasingly complex and profitable items
**Dyeing System**
- **Dyeing Bowl**: Purchased from Robin's Shop, dyes wool
- **Dyeing Pot**: Can be purchased from Robin's shop and can dye cloth
- Contains recipes and a **Dyeing Guide** that lets you see in-game how to dye and mix wool colors
🔮 Magic Items
**Strange Object**
- The most difficult item to make
- Magic items that are universally loved gifts and extremely valuable
- The recipe is hidden in the **Mysterious Tome**, you must read it first
**frog stone**
- Automatically generate stardew jelly when it rains, storms or snows
- Learned at foraging level 3
- Foraging experience will also be gained when harvesting
**Fantasy Machine**
- Invented by elves, they can alchemize special ingredients needed to make strange objects.
- How to use is deliberately kept mysterious, but hints are provided in the game

⚙️ Configuration opti …
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
