Barley’s Springer Spaniel
🐕 Module content
This mod adds a new dog breed - the English Springer Spaniel, inspired by my childhood dog!
*(The body shape is mainly based on the original dog, so of course thanks to ConcernedApe for providing the original sprites as the basis for my creation)*

⚙️ Configuration options
This mod is compatible with the universal mod configuration menu. You can configure which original dog you want to replace with a new sprite, or choose to add it as a separate breed.
From left to right, the original dog numbers are 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4, so choosing to replace dog 2 with a springer spaniel will replace the existing original springer spaniel in the middle with a new dog sprite.
You can also optionally change your Springer Spaniel adoption price. By default, it costs the same as other vanilla dogs (40,000 gold).

🎮 Usage suggestions
- **Replacement Mode**: If you want to keep the number of original dogs in the game unchanged, you can choose replacement mode
- **New mode**: If you want more dog options, you can choose to add them as independent breeds
- **Price Adjustment**: The adoption price can be adjusted appropriately according to your game's economic situation

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
