Instructions for use 📖
If you're familiar with the Stardew Valley Druid mod and have unlocked "The Heiress's Gift" in the game, simply cast "Rite of Mist: Retribution" on Asdalen when you see him on screen to recruit.
**Recruitment steps:**
- Open the hero roster menu from the Stardew Valley Druid Log interface.
- Click on Asdalen’s entry
- Check the box to summon him
Quick Start 🚀
If you don't want to go through the full Druid game process, you can skip directly to progress 30 (unlocked by the Heiress's Gift) through the Set Progress function in the Stardew Valley Druid configuration.
For Stardew Valley Druid users using Magic Mode only, the recruitment system will be available immediately!

**Note**: Since the resource files of this module have been packaged in Druid of Stardew Valley, if the player has set "Hero Linkage" to true in the configuration file, there is no need to download and install this extension.
Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
