Automatic error correction valley
🎮 **"What happens if I use AutoCorrect to cause havoc?"**
✨ Module introduction
This interesting mod originated from an episode in daily life: when I wanted to type "Happy Easter" in a family group chat, I typed the second word wrong, and the auto-correction turned it into "Halo Remastered." This made me wonder: What would happen if automatic error correction was used to cause damage? **
---
🔧 How it works
This mod uses a C# library called **SymSpell** to generate auto-correct suggestions for each word in the item name, then selects the **worst match**!
- Exclude original words and words with S added
- Results are always lowercase (if the first letter of the word is capitalized, no alternative was found)
- Theoretically supports items added by most mods
---
⚙️ Configuration options
**Hingedness settings**:
- 🎭 **Unhinged (Default)**: Choose the worst match
- 🎯 **Semi-hinged**: select the best match (but still exclude the original word)
---

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
