🏡Module introduction
This mod gives you a cozy farmhouse inspired by a 1940s cabin, along with a small and sophisticated furniture set. As the name of the mod suggests, these items are family heirlooms inherited from grandpa that have seen decades of age and therefore will not remain in perfect condition.
✨ Features
- **Progressive Upgrade**: As you upgrade the farmhouse, the house will gradually get rid of the abandoned feeling and present a warm and livable atmosphere.
- **Modernization**: Some areas will be renovated to incorporate design elements that are more in line with contemporary aesthetic standards
- **Nostalgia**: Keep the precious memory items left by your grandfather to add emotional depth to the game
🛋️Furniture set includes
- 1 painting (using 'The Muzzomaroo')
- 1 sofa (with 'BrownCouch') comes with 3 additional color variants
- 4 types of rugs (using 'BlossomRug')
🎨 Design Concept
The author loves a more "authentic" aesthetic, but is having trouble finding similar building mods. This Alternative Textures mod is the perfect way to get started in the world of Stardew Valley modding!

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
