🌸 Companion in all seasons
Spring is about locking in with Alex (he even got a new kettle!), summer is about starting over (it's his month), autumn is about doing your best, and winter...he needs you/farmer/friends to spend time with. **Plot twist**: He might need you more.

- This mod is a love letter to all those who sometimes/always need support to get through the day.

✨ Main functions
- At least 9 new dialogues per season
- Alex will ask for permission to become an accountability partner at the beginning of each season
- Alex usually checks on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and at the end of the month
- Alex shares his easy journey with mental health struggles
- And of course there are fun water reminders - we promise it will be fun :P

📝 Instructions for use
- It is recommended to add this mod on day 1 of spring or the beginning of a new season to get the full experience
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday inspection schedules are relaxed to allow for compatibility with other mods
- Currently only available for single Alex, spouse version and other NPCs will be introduced in the future
- Future versions will require at least 2 hearts of friendship with Alex
- Plan to add Q&A text for players to opt in/out, as well as configure the menu

Install & use Install: SMAPI mod (Stardew Valley standard)
- Install SMAPI first (Stardew Valley's mod loader): download it from smapi.io, run 'install on Windows.bat' and pick your game folder.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and find the folder that contains manifest.json — that folder is the mod.
- Copy that whole folder into Stardew Valley/Mods/.
- Launch the game through SMAPI (run StardewModdingAPI.exe or set it as the launch option). The console before the title screen lists each mod's load result.
Cheat-style tools may not need SMAPI — unzip and run them as the readme describes. Back up your save before editing it; SMAPI lists failed mods in its console.
