So this is a simple port of a load version (2.1.2) of SSE "MAX Compatibility - First Person All Features - 3 Person Installation Casting Only" To port it, I used dnalloh3987's "Guide to Converting Animation.hkx to Skyrim Special Edition" (44.
From the original mod page:
New initiatives:
Underwater combat:
Tired of Slaughterfish making you their b*tch? Or just want to go fishing with a dagger? With this mod you can now draw into water with your weapon/magic, draw the weapon/magic underwater (use the sneak key to draw underwater) and attack/cast/shout underwater. So you can also block or hit. Bows, crossbows, torches, and ritual spells are exceptions. You cannot attack with your left hand while underwater.
MIDAIR attack:
Want to ambush your prey from above? Or do you need to jump over fire? You can now.
Install casting:
Tomahawk while riding but can't cast a spell? While mounted, it's possible to ignite fireballs or summon your own Daedric axe. Easily surround enemy mages while allowing them to obtain it from horseback. Note that you can only cast from the right hand.
Double hindrance:
Unable to defend yourself while flailing your hands? No more, click both mouse buttons and hold both buttons down to hold the blocking pose. Note that you cannot attack while in this state, this overrides a double attack.
Blocks when STAGGERING:
While players can do this in Vanilla Skyrim, NPCs can't, and they can easily get staggered when using mods that stagger actors on every hit. This should help alleviate the problem. Players now use the same staggered state as NPCs, which now have smoother animation blending.
Attack block:
Do you and your enemy start attacking at the same time? Now try to hold back on wanting to cancel the attack quickly and smoothly during this brief forward swing interval of the weapon.
dodge:
Looking for responsive dodge with fixed left dodge displacement? Press the sneak key while moving and swing your weapon or dodge in the direction you're moving. You can also rotate while dodging, allowing you to dodge left and right to move forward.
Delayed Forward Power Attack:
Delay your forward attack button by holding the attack button and release it when you want to attack. As of 2.1.0, you can move in any direction while maintaining your attacking stance. So you can cast your left hand in this state!
compatibility:
Since this modifies Skyrim's behavior files, it is incompatible with FNIS and other behavior mods (such as tktk's mods). It wants to be compatible with almost everything else. However, the maximum compatibility file includes all features for first person and only installs casting for third person. This version should be used with mods from FNIS and tktk.
Don't get too excited about patches that fix character behavior!
Every time I write data in XML, my behavior tool renumbers the references. Fores patch relies on these references. This is why I want to make a patch, and why I don't want people to create patches for CBE. Please see the sticky post in the main thread for progress on dynamic fixes.
uninstall:
This mod doesn't use any scripts so there won't be any problems when uninstalling. To be on the safe side, I recommend saving your character in an idle state before uninstalling it.

Known BUGS:
Players will sometimes get stuck in the air when getting fus raw da'ed. Try using the console command "player.pushactoraway p …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
