Your market is stalling
This is a ported version of my old mod that got its name from LE. With this mode, you can open a flea market stall and sell items to NPCs. Requires SKSE64. NPCs wander into your store and sometimes buy your stuff at acceptable prices. Since it deals directly with consumers, you can earn more than you would from a typical store wholesale.

What's this?
With this mode, you can open a flea market stall and sell items to NPCs. Requires SKSE64.
NPCs wander into your store and sometimes buy your stuff at acceptable prices.
Since it deals directly with consumers, you can earn more than you would from a typical store wholesale.
But don't expect too much - if you're a capable dungeon explorer, you can make money faster by selling things to merchants and moving on to your next adventure.
Install/upgrade

Quick instructions
Create a "market stall" at the forge using 6 firewood, 3 linen or 3 leather and 2 iron ingots.
Place your market stall where you think it will be suitable for selling. Chairs, chests and rugs will automatically be placed in front of you.
Identify your product. Activate the chair and select "Set Items" in the dialog box, or move your stuff to the chest to the left of the chair. The first 8 items in the order of addition will be displayed on the carpet.
If you want to start your business immediately, activate the chair and select "Open Shop". You sit on the chair and your store opens while you sit. Customers may come.
If a customer wanders into your store and finds what they want, price negotiations will be initiated. By default, a negotiation dialog box appears.
accept
You sell things at the price the customer proposes. This price becomes your income and is equivalent to 90% of the "legal" price (usually the price you'll see in NPC shops). 10% consumption tax has been deducted. Technical experience gained at an agreed price.
10% off
You sell the item at 90% of the price offered by the customer (so if this is your first try, it should be 81% of the original price). Discounts improve your store's reputation. A higher reputation will bring more customers into your store. Technical experience at the original price.
decline
You refuse to offer a price. If negotiations break down, the customer may give up or offer the item at a slightly higher price than the previous one. If the client chooses to renegotiate, technical experience can be gained by presenting the price. If not, you get 20% of your last quote for voice technology experience.
Can be selected automatically via options.
What this MOD won't do
Shop buildings, tables and umbrellas are not available with this mod. If you mind, please choose the location carefully.
There is no ledger functionality. It is impossible to separate wallets and business funds. If you want to know the profit, you should remember the gold amount before starting a trade.
No management procedures are required, such as applying for a business license from a housekeeper, etc. You pay 10% consumption tax and that's all.
Not everyone will become a customer. It is not possible to trade with NPCs that are normally hostile to you. Your fans won’t become customers either. You can only trade with guards, citizens and travelers.
limit
This mod fails to calculate the correct values for player magic items (MOD bold items and vanilla magic items are rough estimates).
Attract customers
Customers may visit your stall if any of the following conditions are met. The more conditions are met, the more customers there will be.
There is pedestrian traffic around the stalls. Or there is a group of people.
Your voice skills are very high.
The people around the booth are very advanced in their speech skills.
Your store has a great reputation.
If any of the following conditions are met, the customer may begin price negotiations. More conditions are more likely to be met …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
