Live in your lover's house and adopt a child there
Have you ever wanted to play as your skyrim family and become a cute couple who run a mill and raise children together? Or not marrying Revyn Sadri because he had to give up his store in order to be able to adopt him? Needless to say
Your Place is a complete overhaul that makes all families belonging to potential spouses suitable for adoption. This way, not only will you not need to buy an additional home, but you will also be able to allow your loved ones to continue their daily lives.
Important information
This is an alpha release. I've tested it, and haven't tested it enough to be able to say for sure that this won't cause any problems. Mission items should be safe, however, some mods make changes that may be critical (e.g. containers or navels). All kinds of weirdness and bugs are to be expected.
Please only install on a new game, be careful and make savings.

HEarth Fire Multiple Adoption
The last one isn't a difficult request, but you will need the Bless family spell in order to adopt the child.
Main features
A spouse and two children live in the spouse's house and play outside in the sandbox.
how
Install hellfire multiple adoptions.
Marry someone. When they ask you where you want to live, say it would be perfect living with you.
Go to their house and bless the home (restoration spell). When the prompt appears asking if you want to bless the house, select Yes.
When adopting: Save (just in case) and tell the child you want them to live in it. your new house.
Known issues
If your spouse doesn’t want to leave the Marat Temple, don’t worry. This is an old bug (not related to this specific mod, js). After you cast "Carefree Home" and adopt a child there, they should move into the home.
If your child doesn't show up right away after the adoption conversation, that's okay. Take your time, go back to the house and they will be there. If not, then wait a little longer. If they don't appear, you are advised to adopt them anyway, before reloading into the save you made.
If the kids don't play in the sandbox a lot. Well, there are empty spaces everywhere, but that happens sometimes, especially in smaller houses. Take your kids out and play some hide and seek if you want more action.
The door to the house is usually locked at night (which is a great vanilla mechanic), but unfortunately not everyone, especially children, carries keys. I keep a few keys in the house and recommend keeping the keys in the children's inventory, just in case (children are great and used on screen, you can have them as followers after adopting the children which helps, or you just have to use console commands).
There are three things in your home.
- First and foremost, it changes the interior of potential mates: placing beds, sandbox markings, making all containers safe, making most non-essential items set to not respawn, making baskets on the floor harder to kick open accidentally, changing belly buttons to prevent NPCs from hitting new beds. All that stuff.
Mostly I try to avoid potential incompatibilities and limit myself to moving furniture, light sources and navels unless necessary, but mostly.
Each house had two beds for two children (sometimes the children had to sleep on furs on the floor). As you can see in the screenshot, aside from the bed, the interior looks mostly contactless.
In some cases, such as at Saresi Farm, Carlsbourne Hall, and Radiant Gathering, there is an extra bed gifting vanilla. It's still there.
Anticipated conflict: mods change the same cells (see spoilers).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
