Before installation

This mod comes with better Vsync that removes stuttering and provides better performance than the original that came with the game.

Find iVSyncPresentInterval = 1 in the skyrimprefs.ini file, which is usually located under documents/my games/Skyrim Special Edition, and change it to iVSyncPresentInterval = 0 if you don't have it already.

XENB data file - required ENB file

PRESETS (recommended GPU stable 60 FPS at ultra settings, no other modules)

*All presets come with PostPassShader, Bloom, ProceduralSun, ImageBasedLighting, SubsurfaceScattering skin shader and Skylighting*

Limit: Cost - 10-20 FPS, GTX 1070 or equivalent recommended

Install

To install XENB you need to go to ENBDev and download the latest binaries (should be v0.370)

Unzip the binaries using a program like Winrar or 7-Zip and place the d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll from the "wrapper version" into the Skyrim directory.

Use your preferred mod manager to download the latest version of the XENB data file. XENB should cover all conflicts.

Use tools like LOOT or Vortex (for Vortex users) to sort the load order.

Download the XENB main ENB file and copy the contents into the Skyrim Special Edition directory, just like the .dll files in the binary.

Select a preset and copy the contents into the Skyrim Special Edition directory

EXTRAS

(Premium users only) Press SHIFT + ENTER in-game to open the ENB menu to toggle or adjust certain effects to your liking.

To switch effects, please check the option to read UseEffect under GLOBAL

To uninstall, use programs like ENB and ReShade Manager to remove all traces of ENB.
