By request, this mod adds a wooden longsword (handheld) and wooden greatsword to the game. The swords were made from nifskope by placing wooden sword pieces on steel swords and steel swords respectively and stretching them some. Since vanilla wood swords have no edge health, these are not available. I gave them any wooden sword sound effects that would work on the original.
I tried to give these a realistic weight, and they do slightly less damage than their steel edges, but they swing slightly faster.
They can be crafted under the Wood tab, at any forge, as well as their vanilla cousins, and all can be upgraded on the sharpening wheel.
