Wolf Queen Awakens - Shorter startup delay

Shortened the delay caused by unofficial patches when The Wolf Queen Awakens was released.

The unofficial patch delays the start time of "The Wolf Queen's Awakening" by 7 days. "The Wolf Queen's Awakening" starts counting down after the prerequisite tasks are completed, which does not mean that the courier will track your whereabouts. Considering how carefully Steyer considers the darkness of solitude, and the fact that Potema, who apparently lacks any subtle skill, seems to be directing her take on the catacombs, it should have taken a long time to realize that something was amiss. This mod reduces the delay to up to 3 days, just like rebuilding the little glass, which I feel makes more sense.

The unofficial patch imposes a delay of seven days to the start of The Wolf Queen Awakened, which begins counting down after the prereq quest is completed and does not account for the courier tracking you down. Considering how attentive Styrr is to Solitude's darkness and the fact that Potema, who clearly lacks any skill in subtlety, appears to make a beeline to the catacombs, it should not take that long to realize something is amiss. This mod shortens the delay to at most 3 days, the same as for Rebuilding the Phial, which I feel makes a lot more sense.
