This module uses university Chinese texts as the base.
Alves Manor. A manor outside Whiterun, Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions and My home is your home are compatible. By default, there are 2 beds for followers and 4 beds for children. The house was originally built by the author for his own convenience.
Some of the place names used by the author have been retained from the Baiman Manor used in the old version. The Chinese characters here are all translated as "Alves Manor".
I have been using this mod since it was first released. At the time, there were too many things to translate, so it was relatively casual. Later I slightly corrected some translations and shared them again.
Hacienda Alves provides all your handcrafting needs. The safe protection box can meet all your needs (some boxes have the word "insurance added").
There are also display racks for rare items in the house, and there are complete production facilities in the basement (armory). There are also portals to several locations.
There are also some barrels and sacks in the house that can be reborn. Manor is compatible with the Hearthfire Multiple Adoption mod. Just use the bless home spell. By default, the house is equipped with 4 children's beds. There is a redecorated switch in the children's room that can be changed into a follower's room. This option will provide 6 beds for followers.
Each room also has a custom spell (book), which can be set whether to take off the armor to sleep (>////<
In addition, there are some book rewards, equipment, and some recipe books in the house. It is quite suitable for novices to use.
By the way, the location of this mod is very close to many Whiterun houses. When installing, please pay attention to whether there are modules in the same area that may cause problems.
There are two locations for the key, one is the container at the front door, and the other is hidden in the Temple of Talos (behind the house) that was also present in the previous version. The letter inside contains the reason why the owner left.
This module only provides translated files. Please download the full file of Whiterun Home 4_5 first, and then overwrite it with the Chinese culture file.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
