Windstad Manor Trader

This mod adds a Trader to the Windstad estate after acquiring the buildings from the Morthal Steward.

When I want to buy or sell something that I waste a lot of time on, I always think about the other towns I have to travel to. This mod has changed now. Finally you can live there instead of traveling all the time!

Add a trader to Windstad Manor

After you acquire a house, traders will spawn there. She won't be there until you do!

The trader actually lives on that property. She'll wander around, work, sleep, and always have great items for you to buy, and of course, sell.

Her amount is higher than that of an ordinary trader: he has 3000 gold coins. (Perfect amount in my opinion).

She buys and sells everything she can sell to merchants. (Just like Whiterun's Belethor)

She is willing to trade from 8 am to 8 pm.

Uses a LeveledList, so it should consider every mod that adds its items to the LeveledList.

Protected Character: She will not die when attacked by enemies. But you (the player) can kill her! But be warned: she's a unique character. She will not be reborn if you choose!

Compatible: Should be compatible with every mod. Only modules that edit the appearance of Windstad Manor (such as extending the building area) are incompatible.

This mod adds a Trader to the Windstad Manor after obtaining the building from the Steward of Morthal.

It always bugged me that I have to travel to other towns when I want to buy or sell stuff which is wasting a lot of time. This mod changes this now. Finally you can live there without travelling all the time!

Features:

The trader will spawn there after you obtained the house. She won't be there before you do so!

Her amount of Gold is higher than normal traders: He owns 3000 Gold. (In my opinion the perfect amount).

She buys and sells all items that can be sold to a merchant. (Like Belethor in Whiterun)

She is willing to trade from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Uses the LeveledList, so it should consider every mod that adds its items to the LeveledList.

Protected character: She won't die when getting attack by foes. But you (the player) can kill her! But be aware: She is a unique character. She won't respawn if you choose so!
