Windstad Manor bedroom makeover

Bedroom makeover in Winstad Manor split the room into two and added extra children's beds.

I've always hated the bedroom wing of the Hearthfire house. The truth is, the room is too cluttered, and to make matters worse you and your spouse are expected to share a large bedroom with your kids! This is pretty ridiculous, so something has to be done.

Like my other bedroom models in Windstad Manor, this one has a completely remodeled wing. However, it is made for those who want an extra child to live in your home. This mod:

• Divide the large room into two rooms, one with a player bed and the other with four children's beds. If you build extra beds upstairs you will be able to accommodate six little orphans with the Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions installed. I know a lot of people have been waiting for this. At the moment I don't know how to actually get the kids to use the downstairs bed added by this mod. If anyone wants to help me or tell me how to do it, I'd be happy to fix this. But as of now it's beyond my skills and I can't find any documentation on how to make it work.

The floor has been remodeled with a Whiterun wood texture because I really don't like the coldness of clay tiles. Also added a fireplace for those warm nights - since it's so cold.

• The lighting and decoration match my other mod, Tranquil Windstad. They blend together seamlessly. If you don't have that mod yet, this mod will change the music to tavern music. Added some idles for more realism. Nice and clean, edgy change from USSEP.

How to install:

Installation files. If you have already built and equipped the Bedroom Wing, you must restore the save before building it. Select and build a western style bedroom wing and then enter the house. Things to build:

All beds

children's box

high wardrobe

Display cabinets and small wardrobes

chest, long

wall shelf (2)

Appearance:

You can build anything you want outside as this mod will not touch the outside balconies. Make sure you save your work in case you build something you don't like or want.

Like my other bedroom mod for Windstad Manor, this one remodels the wing completely. However, it was made for those of you that want additional children to live at your house. This mod:

• Divides the large room up into two rooms, one with the player bed and another with four children's beds. If you build the additional beds upstairs, you will be able to house six little orphans with the mod Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions installed. I know many of you have been waiting for this. Currently I have no idea how to make the children actually use the beds downstairs that this mod adds. If someone wants to help me or message me on how to do it, I'll gladly fix this. But as of now, it's beyond my skills, and I can't find any documentation about how it works to make it work.

• The floor has been remodeled with the Whiterun wood textures, because I really disliked the coldness of the clay tile. Also adds a fireplace on each side for warmer nights- because it's just too cold otherwise.
