describe:

Widget Mod. Why do you ask? Mainly because I could...eventually. For your convenience, it imports various widgets to display various information on the HUD, so you don't have to enter any menus.

Player-related widgets include: the number of arrows in inventory/currently equipped and the name of the ammo type. A gold counter that displays gold in your inventory. A widget to display your carry/inventory weight. Global and regional bounty counters. A widget that displays the player level, the experience points required for the current level, and the experience points required for the current level. Speed/Jump Height/Drop Height widgets, may only be relevant when using Progressive Speed/Jump Height Mods. A Lockpick counter and a widget to display the current light level make it easier to determine when you're walking in the shadows. A attributes widget that displays the player's recovery, stamina, and mana regeneration rates, as well as a numerical display of stamina, stamina, and mana. Finally, there's a text-based widget that displays the items you've hotkeyed by name.

Player-independent widgets: There is a widget for owned horses (does not work for stolen horses) which displays health, stamina, distance in meters and the horse's name. Another widget adds support for a follower, showing its health, stamina, magic, level, distance in meters and the name of the follower.

Configuration: Widgets can be turned off/on in the MCM menu and can also be re-adjusted. You can change its position, size and transparency. There's also an option to adjust the update timer interval to ease the burden on a slow system. This mod makes extensive use of .as and .fla code provided to us by the SkyUI team. So all credit goes to them. I just took the code they gave us and tried to make the most of it from the source.

Known errors:

-I haven't found any yet, please report any bugs you find

compatibility:

-Compatible with everything.

Credits and thanks:

In this case, I'd like to thank Bethesda, the guys at the Creation Kit Wiki and the official forums, and especially the entire SkyUI team, especially @Schlangster, @psychsteve, and @Mardoxx, for giving us the gift of unencrypted Skyrim UI code. Thanks also to SKSE-Team. You guys are awesome!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
