About this mod Machine translation
Add a basic micro-dwelling to the ruins of Whiterun Tower outside the stables.
This mod just adds another crumbling tower to Whiterun's stable area, with a very small, very basic free player inside.
I'm not going to develop this further as I'm using it to test if I can place stuff where there is no navmesh. This mod is made without moving, deleting or changing any of the vanilla external navmesh. That's why it's (a) so small, and (b) where it is. The platform at the corner, with a pile of rubble, already has a large portion of non-navigable ground.
The home has a bed, a table, a hotpot, some storage and a small alchemy station using alembic models. The model can be knocked down and moved back to its original position, but cannot be taken. I tried making one that you could shoot, but it wouldn't let you make anything with it. There's also an Arkay Shrine, so you can leave the house with some extra health.
Also, since I don't know how to modify the quest, I can't get the butler to give you a key as a reward, so this is a free basic home. Go inside and use it.

I don't plan on further developing this, as I made it to test whether I could fit something into areas where there was already no navmesh. This mod was made without moving, deleting, or changing any of the vanilla exterior navmesh. That's why it's (a) so small, and (b) where it is. That platform on the corner, with a pile of rubble, already had a large section of non-navmeshed ground.

I tried to make one you could take, but then it wouldn't let you make anything with it. There's also a shrine of Arkay, so you can leave the house with some extra health.
Also, as I don't know how to modify quests, I couldn't make the Steward give you a key, as a reward, so it's a free basic home. Just walk in and use it.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
