About this mod Machine translation
Shade for Whiterun is a lightweight plugin that adds a lot of trees to Whiterun.
Have you ever wondered what Whiterun is missing? Everything seems... barren? If so, then this is for you. This mod adds a lot of trees throughout Whiterun, giving it a sense of finality and completion. I honestly can't tell you exactly how many trees I added. This is my first time doing cell editing, please feel free to report any bugs.
Download and install using NMM, or manually download and place in your Data directory.
This may be incompatible with any mods that modify the same area. Also not compatible with SBT.
example:
Whiterun by JK
debella forest
Autumn in White Run
Sorry, I have no intention of making these other modules compatible.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
